Pastor's Bios

Mary Anyango was born July 15th 1971 to Mr. and Mrs. Obbo Ofwono in a village called Nabuyoga in Tororo, Uganda.
She acquired minimal secondary education. Got married to pastor James Ochwo in 1990 and she is a mother of 6 children. Her husband James, got saved first, and in 1992 she also received salvation. It was miraculous for her to be saved.
She fell sick and the sickness defied medical Doctors.
One night at around 1.00am, the Lord visited her on her sick bed. She saw two men dressed in black ephods come to her and started tormenting and torturing her on the same bed where her husband was also sleeping.
Meanwhile the two men were still strangling her, another man putting on a brilliant white apron appeared from her husband’s side and when the two men saw Him, they took off and disappeared.
It took her almost an hour to explain this scenario to her husband. The husband interpreted the whole scenario to her and she believed in the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and Lord at that very moment. Her husband led her through the prayer of repentance and confession.
She now thanks God for her Salvation, deliverance and freedom in Jesus Christ
She is now worship and praising leader and she believes that beside every strong man of God, there is a strong woman of God.
